8th Pay Commission HRA calculator आज Google Trends में तेजी से search हो रहा है। Central government employees जानना चाहते हैं कि नए pay commission में basic pay और city category के हिसाब से House Rent Allowance यानी HRA कितना हो सकता है।
अभी final HRA rates सरकार ने notify नहीं किए हैं। इसलिए किसी भी calculator को final salary slip न मानें। फिलहाल calculations अनुमान हैं, जो fitment factor, basic pay और X/Y/Z city category पर based हैं। Official decision 8th Central Pay Commission की recommendations और government approval के बाद ही final होगा।

Simple HRA Formula
Estimated New Basic Pay = Current Basic Pay x Fitment Factor
Estimated HRA = Estimated New Basic Pay x HRA Rate
Example के लिए अगर current basic pay ₹50,000 है और fitment factor 2.28 माना जाए, तो estimated basic pay ₹1,14,000 होगा। अगर employee X category city में है और HRA rate 24% माना जाए, तो estimated HRA ₹27,360 हो सकता है। यह सिर्फ example है, final rate नहीं।
X, Y और Z City Category क्या होती है?
HRA usually city category पर depend करता है। बड़े metro और high-rent cities X category में आ सकते हैं। Medium cities Y category में और बाकी cities Z category में आती हैं। 7th Pay Commission में HRA rates city category के हिसाब से अलग-अलग रहे हैं। 8th Pay Commission में final rates क्या होंगे, यह official recommendation के बाद पता चलेगा।
Fitment Factor क्यों important है?
Fitment factor salary calculation का सबसे बड़ा base होता है। अगर fitment factor ज्यादा होता है, तो basic pay बढ़ता है और basic pay से जुड़े allowances, जैसे HRA, भी बढ़ सकते हैं। इसलिए employees अलग-अलग fitment factor scenarios, जैसे 2.0, 2.1, 2.28 या 2.57, के हिसाब से estimate देख रहे हैं।
क्या HRA ₹1,93,000 तक जा सकता है?
Economic Times की calculator-based report में senior pay levels और higher fitment factor scenarios के हिसाब से high-rent cities में HRA का estimate बहुत ऊपर जा सकता है। लेकिन यह high-level employees और assumption-based calculation है। आम कर्मचारियों के लिए amount basic pay, level और city category पर depend करेगा।

HRA basic pay पर calculate होता है या gross salary पर?
HRA generally basic pay पर calculate होता है, gross salary पर नहीं। Exact rules government notification के अनुसार लागू होते हैं।
क्या 8th Pay Commission HRA rates final हो गए हैं?
